PC Healthᵀᴹ Referral Program Terms and Conditions:

PC Optimumᵀᴹ members who are also PC Healthᵀᴹ members (“Referrer”) are eligible to participate in the PC Healthᵀᴹ Referral Program, which is valid from September 19, 2024, to October 31, 2024 (“Program Period”). Referrer will receive 2,000 PC Optimumᵀᴹ points for each Successful Referral (as defined below), to a maximum of ten (10) Successful Referrals. The referred new PC Healthᵀᴹ member (“Referee”) must have given consent to the Referrer for i) their personal data to be provided to Loblaws Inc. (“Loblaws”) and ii) to receive marketing communications from Loblaws in connection to this PC Healthᵀᴹ Referral Program. This offer should only be sent to people with whom the Referrer has an existing relationship, such as friends and/or family.

To qualify for the PC Healthᵀᴹ Referral Program, Referrer and Referee must each complete the following respective steps during the Program Period (“Successful Referral”):

1)  Referrer must open the “Refer a Friend” page available at https://cloud.e.shoppersdrugmart.pharmacy/pchreferral
Referrer must complete the “Refer a Friend” request page, consisting of the following details:
- Referrer’s first name and email address
- Referee’s first name and email address
2)  Referrer must submit the “Refer a Friend” request page by clicking the “Share now” button;
3)  Referee must open a new PC Healthᵀᴹ account at www.pchealth.ca

Once the Referrer has completed Steps 1-3 outlined above, the Referee will receive an email from Loblaws indicating that they have been referred for the PC Healthᵀᴹ Referral Program by the Referrer and that they are eligible to receive 2,000 PC Optimumᵀᴹ points when they sign up for a new PC Healthᵀᴹ account by visiting www.pchealth.ca and sign in for the first time using their PCᵀᴹiD during the Program Period. If the Referee already has an existing PC Healthᵀᴹ account, then they do not qualify for this Program and neither the Referrer nor the Referee will receive PC Optimumᵀᴹ points in connection with the referral. Self-referrals do not qualify. Referee can only receive PC Optimumᵀᴹ points once through this Program. If a Referee is referred by more than one Referrer, the Successful Referral will be based on the date and time marking the first referral received.  

This program cannot be combined with any other PC Healthᵀᴹ acquisition offer. If there is a higher points value PC Healthᵀᴹ acquisition offer available at the time the Referee signs into their PC Healthᵀᴹ account for the first time, then the Referee will receive the number of points corresponding to the greater value offer. For example, if there is a 6,000 points acquisition offer available at the time that the Referee signs into their PC Healthᵀᴹ account for the first time, then the Referrer will receive 2,000 PC Optimumᵀᴹ points and the Referee will receive 6,000 points in connection with that acquisition offer and zero points from this Referral Program offer. PC Optimumᵀᴹ points will be awarded to the Referrer and Referee for each Successful Referral within 4-6 weeks of the Referee activating their new PC Healthᵀᴹ account. The Referee’s new PC Healthᵀᴹ account must be active at the time the points are awarded for each of the Referrer and Referee to be eligible to receive the corresponding points. Referee must be a PC Optimumᵀᴹ member to receive PC Optimumᵀᴹ Points in connection with this offer. If you are not already a PC Optimumᵀᴹ program member, you may become a member by following the instructions to participate available at: https://accounts.pcid.ca/create-account. Becoming a PC Optimumᵀᴹ program member is free of charge.  PC Optimumᵀᴹ Program Terms and Conditions apply to this Referral Program. Loblaws Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Referrer and/or Referee who violates these Terms and Conditions and/or acts in a fraudulent manner.
